Tools Quilt

All quilts are handcrafted in our New York studio. Because each piece is made with care and precision, processing times vary and will be discussed at the time of your order.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided when available. Shipping rates are based on package size, weight, insurance needs, and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. My Nimble Thimble is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our quilting services, all custom quilts, longarm quilting services, t-shirt quilts, and memory quilts are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable, and once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If ready-made (non-custom) items are offered, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Please note: Minor variations in stitching, fabric placement, or texture are a natural part of handmade quilting and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
